My wife and I are Americans and stayed at the Royal Court from Feb 27 thru Mar 5. We picked the hotel based on reviews and this hotel made this Rome a memorable one. The staff beginning with Juan Carlo, Sam, the other Breakfast Area personnel, the gentlemen who helped move our luggage into our room when we first arrived and the gentleman who checked us out were all outstanding. Friendly, helpful, polite, professional and always the greetings and smiles. The Proximity to the main Termini Train and Bus station,, the quality breakfast and first rate service, the extremely quiet, comfortable, and secure room equipped with a safe that fit two 14 inch laptops along with our passports and other valuables were significant pluses. This hotel will be our priority and first choice stay of we choose to come back to Rome. Excellent Ambassadors and representatives to Rome and this historic City. Highly Recommended.

Great location near Rome Termini with easy links to the airport and Metro. The reception was inviting and nice. The staff was pleasant and helpful upon checkin. We booked a Delux family room (room 212), but unfortunately it didn’t come across as Delux, it felt like a standard room. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean but tired. Aircon worked fine. Unfortunately breakfast wasn’t included which is a shame for a supposedly 4 Star hotel. Overall a comfortable stay but definitely would choose another hotel in the future closer to the attractions in the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, walking distance from the Termini train station. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff was incredibly friendly. What impressed me most was the complimentary luggage deposit after our checkout, adding a convenient touch to my visit while we are waiting for our flight. Plus, the affordability made it a great value. Highly recommended for those looking for a budget-friendly and well-located option.

Excellent location, nice room, comfortable, people very helpful and polite, brought us ice, had stocked mini bar, restaurants everywhere within one block, train station three blocks, shops everywhere. Bring charging adapter but they did let me borrow one. They offered breakfast but didn’t try. We used bus system to sight see but getting back after dark was difficult. Used FREENOW app, like Uber. Used Metro to get to Vatican City. Easy Peasy.

This was a great base for us close to the Termini train station. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was good and they seem to attract a nice clientele. We were leaving before breakfast started (early starts at the Ryder Cup) and the staff made us breakfast boxes to take with us. Perfect hotel for what we wanted.
